Wheel of Feels is a tool to help you identify and express your feelings. We are always feeling something, but sometimes we don't know what we are feeling. At any point in time, you can come to the wheel and check in with yourself. Identify how you are feeling by starting in the middle of the wheel. Make your way to the outside of the wheel by tapping on the feelings that resonate with how you currently feel. Once you've made it to the outside edge of the wheel, you can add an entry to your feelings journal and track and analyze your feelings over time.

You can only see half the standard wheel at a time. I'm just going to download a picture of the wheel I was hoping this would have more options or even click the emotions to narrow down your feelings.

Perfect, this is just what I was looking for in an app to use the wheel of emotions to describe how you feel. The journal entries are a great touch, with timestamps and calendar so you can annotate why you feel a certain way. If I could make a suggestion, it would be great to have a little search button in the corner that you could press to search for a particular emotion. Also there are often times when an emotion I want to note down isn't captured on the app. Can we have a freeform field?
