WhatsLeft-Organiser

WhatsLeft Organiser is the companion app for event hosts on the WhatsLeft platform. Whether you run weekly meetups, ticketed parties, workshops, or one-off pop-ups, this app gives you everything you need to publish an event, grow your guest list, and stay in touch with attendees — without juggling spreadsheets, group chats, or third-party tools.

Run your event in one place
- Create an event in under a minute: title, date, location, description, cover photo.
- Edit details on the fly — changes appear instantly for everyone who's RSVP'd.
- Upload cover images straight from your camera roll or capture them in-app.

Know who's coming
- See your live attendee list as people RSVP from the consumer WhatsLeft app.
- View attendee names and profile photos at a glance.
- Track upcoming, ongoing, and past events from one home screen.

Reach your guests instantly
- Send a push notification to everyone attending an event with a single tap — perfect for last-minute venue
changes, weather updates, or "we're starting in 10 minutes" nudges.
- Each notification is delivered straight to the attendee's phone, no SMS fees or contact-sharing required.

Understand what's working
- Analytics dashboard shows total RSVPs, event counts, and engagement trends over time.
- See your top-performing events so you can double down on what your audience loves.
- Spot drop-offs and patterns across upcoming vs. past events.

Your organiser profile, your brand
- Build a public profile with your organisation name, bio, website, location, and photo.
- Verified organisers get a badge on every event they publish.
- Update your profile any time from the Profile tab.

Built for the way organisers actually work
- Country-aware phone signup so international hosts can register in seconds.
- Fast, offline-friendly UI built on Flutter — runs smoothly on Android and iOS.
