EGPI CRM

The EGPI CRM System is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management platform developed for the Egyptian Group for Pharmaceutical Industries and powered by World Health Management. Built on Laravel with a Flutter mobile companion app, it serves the full hierarchy of a pharmaceutical sales organization from medical representatives in the field to first-line managers (FLMs), national sales managers (NSMs), product managers, SFE analysts, and general management.

The platform manages the complete visit lifecycle: reps plan weekly visits to doctors, pharmacies, and clinics; managers approve or modify those plans; reps execute visits on-site with GPS-verified check-ins capturing start/end coordinates, duration, and distance from the account; and detailed visit reports are submitted including product discussions, samples given, client feedback, and giveaway tracking. Double visits with accompanying managers are fully supported.

Beyond visit management, the system includes territory and account management with brick-level geographic segmentation, a products catalog organized by sales lines, sales performance tracking with CSV imports, coverage and KPI reporting dashboards, an expense claims workflow, marketing request approvals, an internal messenger, HR modules (attendance with geo-fencing, payroll, leave management, penalties, loans, insurance), employee quizzes, and an AI-powered chatbot for data queries. A public job application portal allows external candidates to apply directly.

The mobile app supports full offline functionality. reps can cache account data, execute visits without connectivity, and sync automatically when back online, with client-side deduplication to prevent duplicate submissions. Role-based access control ensures each user sees only the data and actions relevant to their position, with privacy protections including a public privacy policy and data deletion request system.
