2025-01-24	Ko*****	Application has lot of bugs. Everytime I open the app, after some time it closes automatically. Also, when I check the categories and select one, it says oops nothing here. Every time I open any product, the app crashes. So pissed with this experience. I uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times but no use. No pending updates as well. Such a big brand can't resolve such lil bugs. Shame

2025-01-23	Pr*****	Please make sharing a product useable, any sharing just takes you to the play store page if the app is not installed or redirects to the app if it is installed. What's the point of sharing when I'm not even sharing the product in your given share link? You're just making a way for people to install your app. I can open your app on my own, I don't need a share link to do that; I need it to show me the product that was shared to me smh.
Please make sharing a product useable, any sharing just takes you to the play store page if the app is not installed or redirects to the app if it is installed. Once you buy something online, you have bought a headache as well as, there is no scope for return My personal experience- i have been writing emails and calling them (customer executive unavailable) but they have not helped me in returning/exchanging a product that i have purchased online THERE IS NO OPTION FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IN THE APP POOR/WORST SHOPPING APP!!!

2025-01-17	Ma*****	I ordered trouser from online platform site of westside. I still not received a product.Noone is answering in customer care, they are just giving ticket id but not any updates. In my account nothing shows in order operation, very bad experience from westside app and their customer care services are also very bad no one is answering properly. This is scam from this much brand not acceptable. Very bad experience

2025-01-14	Na*****	Westside is scam guys..... don't ever order from this worst app. I placed an order on 2 January 25 . After 12 it is marked as returned. I haven't received the product. Despite reaching out multiple times no reply from their side. I lost my money. Saw 100 of similiar cases commented on their social media pages. It is a scam. Never ever order online from this stupid application.

I was asked to wait by the agent for additional information but she never returned to the call and eventually the call was discontinued resulting without knowing any progress about my order! It's been over five days while I've placed my order but still no update on the order. And it's a prepaid order! Hello westside, please look into the matter!

2025-01-12	Ak*****	No complaints on the products, but the team really needs to work on the app. By far this is one of the worst app interma of user experience. I've the app upto dated. But I'm able to see neither the items in the wishlist nor the ordered items list ..... Pls do something about all the bugs ....

2025-01-11	re*****	Product are good but application is too pathetic.. every Friday the collection is changing but in application we didn't find that products as well as during sale also it's shows size available but when we go for purchase items was not available at all. It's a reputed brand hence not expecting such slow bug application from TATA
