HomeFlow Rep

HomeFlow Rep is the field companion to HomeFlow CRM, the all-in-one CRM for home improvement companies.

Built for salespeople, runners and canvassers who spend the day on the road, it puts the work your office dispatches to you in your pocket.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See the leads dispatched to you, with the appointment time, address, product and dispatcher notes
• Navigate to your next appointment with one tap
• Write and sign contracts on site
• Submit your daily availability so dispatch knows when you can run leads
• Get notified the moment a lead is assigned to you or an approval needs your attention
• Track your sales, volume and commission for the month
• Follow your projects, balances to collect and open to-dos
• Share your location with your dispatcher while you are on duty, so the closest rep gets the next lead

WHO IT IS FOR
HomeFlow Rep works with a HomeFlow CRM company account. Any home improvement company can subscribe at westcoastcrmsolution.com. Your company creates the accounts for its team, and you sign in with the account it gives you.

PRIVACY
Location is shared only with your own company, only while you are on duty, and is deleted after 7 days. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics. Notifications and location are optional.
