West App is a human resources application developed by West Academy that brings together personnel, hotel, and management processes on a single platform. Personnel can view their assigned and planned shifts, entitlements, earnings, and deductions in detail by entering and exiting using QR codes. All work and payment processes are transparently tracked through the application.
Hotels can view the profiles and necessary documents of incoming personnel; they can easily track entry and exit, attendance, and shifts with QR code verification.
West App digitizes human resources processes, offering a regular, controlled, and traceable structure.
