Welltory is a personalized heart health and wellness tracker that measures heart rate, HRV, and pulse using your smartphone camera or compatible Wear OS watches. Sync data from 1,000+ apps and wearables (Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Withings, etc.) to get daily, AI-driven insights on stress, energy, focus, and sleep. HRV-based analytics are backed by research and can be as accurate as ECG comparisons for measuring variability and heartbeat patterns.

In addition to pulse and HRV monitoring, Welltory offers a stress tracker, blood pressure logging/analytics (via synced or manual BP entries), calming sleep stories and sounds tailored to your heartbeat, and Wear OS support for quick measurements. Note: the app detects HRV and heartbeats but is not a medical diagnostic tool—sync or export BP readings for clinicians and consult a doctor for medical concerns.

Recent reviews

This app seems great until you monitor the other fitness apps on your phone and realize how far off the reported activity measurements are. For example yesterday I recorded 28,000 steps across all other fitness apps but this app on reported 4,000. That gives me zero faith in any other reports it produces.
