worse than the website. The app IS just a wrapper around the website, but it's somehow even worse. constantly getting logged out, can't even scroll messages.... did they just vibecode this and put it out there without actually using it? then there's the service itself, which is also terrible. they have often not been able to find me any care, and I have to micromanage every single little detail which defeats the whole concept of a "concierge"

Wellthy as a service is great, but the app is abysmal. Have to sign in almost every time, and it redirects you to your internet browser. It is pretty annoying and just overall not very optimal. The app itself feels clunky and slow. When I try to view messages, I can't even scroll up or down without it trying to refresh the page. While the design isn't bad, the user experience is severely lacking. It takes a lot of patience to use this app when it should be effortless for the user.
