WellRight is a companion extension for the WellRight wellness program, designed to make tracking your activities and progress quick and enjoyable. It helps you log workouts, monitor your challenges, and ensure your Health Risk Assessment is complete so you can identify where to focus your efforts.

Key features include viewing the status of current and completed challenges, tracking progress, joining new challenges, checking the challenge leaderboard, updating your profile, and reviewing your rewards and total points. The app also supports Health Risk Assessment details and rewards redemption, plus automatic activity tracking with connected devices and the device calendar. Note: This extension is available to current WellRight members through their employer.

My company uses WellRight, and I set up the app to sync with my devices. They now have a lot of my data, but I figured at least I was getting something for it. I went to redeem the points I earned last year only to find that you have to redeem them by 12/31 of the year they're earned. There was no communication about this from WellRight or my benefits office despite having notifications set up. Now I can't delete the synced data, and they say it's at least 45 days to delete it.
