now the name was changed. update forced. my account was erased. unable to use the app. app routes me to website, website recognizes me, app does not

Can't complete any exercise as the app keeps crashing. If I try to catch up where it crashed by reopening and fast forwarding, it does the same. Shame that it seems the programs are good but unable to complete. Will be contacting my insurance to stop the coverage.
