In an emergency, ask for help from those around you.
Safer is a safety protection service designed to quickly request help from people around you in critical moments and to create a safer environment before dangerous situations actually occur.
The beta test period begins in May 2026, and it is available for free.
Safer aims to create more than just a service that responds after an incident occurs. Safer’s goal is to reduce dangerous attempts themselves by building a structure where people can connect, be recorded, and receive protection faster when someone is in a dangerous situation.

● You can use it for free right now
- Call people around you: You can quickly send a request for help to people nearby in critical moments.
- Notify designated person: You can immediately notify a pre-designated person of an emergency.
- Location-based 112 call: It helps you report incidents faster based on your current location.
- Automatic recording in emergencies: It provides an automatic recording function to keep necessary records during critical moments. ● You can quickly request help even in critical moments
In actual emergencies, you might panic and be unable to properly press the screen.
Safer takes these moments into account; it allows for automatic reporting and danger alert requests simply by tapping the screen multiple times, in addition to the traditional method of pressing or swiping buttons to report.
One of Safer's key features is enabling users to request help more quickly than they would if the phone were in their pocket or hand, even in moments where it is difficult to operate naturally, such as in threatening situations or dating violence.
● Why is Safer necessary?
Safer is not just a simple reporting app.
It is building a structure that connects users with nearby help, shows them that they are not alone, and, if necessary, leads to recordings and subsequent support.
Crimes and harassment are often attempted more easily when the perpetrator appears unlikely to respond and the possibility of surrounding intervention seems low.
Conversely, if the perpetrator feels that the victim might be using Safer and can be quickly connected to help, it becomes difficult for them to approach recklessly or attempt to harm them easily. Safer is not a service that only acts after an incident occurs; rather, it aims to prevent dangerous situations from easily starting in the first place.
● Creating a connection that makes you feel you are not alone
- Safer is a service that helps you connect more quickly with help from those around you in critical moments.
- We believe it is important to ensure users feel they are within a safety net rather than feeling isolated.
- This connection structure itself is also significant in reducing threatening approaches.
● Why is the Safer Keyring important?
In the future, Safer plans to further enhance its preventative effects through the Safer Keyring.
If you carry a Safer Keyring on your bag or belongings, or if there is a visible indicator that you are a Safer user, others cannot easily judge you.
This is because they cannot be certain whether you are within Safer's protection system, how quickly you can connect with help in a critical moment, or how far the subsequent response will go.
This uncertainty is greater than you might think. From the other party's perspective, they feel the burden that approaching them unnecessarily could escalate the situation, and this very feeling can act as a psychological deterrent.
The Safer Keyring aims to be more than just a simple accessory; it serves as a preventative device that sends the signal, "This person may not be alone," and "This person may not be someone to be easily provoked."
● There is also a significant reason for this in responding to school violence.
Safer is preparing to connect victims to a free legal support system from the very beginning of the incident, even in situations involving harm such as school violence.
School violence often does not come to light immediately. It is often difficult for victimized students to speak to teachers or parents right away, and even if they do manage to speak up, the situation can escalate if not properly addressed in the early stages.
Safer wants to create a system where victims are not forced to endure or hold back in silence, but can instead be connected to a support system from the outset if necessary. Once such a structure is established, it becomes difficult for those intending to harass the victim without restraint. This is because the victim is no longer a target likely to be overlooked, but rather a subject for whom records are kept, protection begins, and legal support can be provided from the very beginning. Safer places greater importance on a structure that prevents reckless harm from the outset and enables rapid response from the early stages, rather than resolving school violence after an incident occurs.
● We are also preparing the following services for the future
Starting with beta testing, Safer plans to further develop into a more practical safety platform.
- Planned introduction of an AI data crawling system: We are preparing to analyze risk information and abnormal signs to allow users to check surrounding dangerous situations on a map.
- Planned introduction of a law firm system: We are preparing to enable users to receive necessary legal guidance, initial response, and support linkages more systematically when an incident occurs.
- Planned introduction of confidential AI psychological counseling: We are also preparing a feature centered on confidentiality to allow people to more comfortably discuss anxieties, fears, and experiences of victimization that are difficult to talk about directly with those around them.
Safer does not stop at a simple call function.
Moving forward, our goal is to become a safety service that follows a path from prevention → connection → recording → protection → support.
● Safer Points and Early Bird Benefits Are Also Being Prepared
Safer Points will be accumulated when you participate in Safer activities during the beta period.
These points operate as an Early Bird benefit. For users who participated during the beta test period starting in May 2026, we plan to provide Safer keyrings, various benefits, and legal support cost-related benefits based on their accumulated points when the full service launches.
Safer believes that the more people participate in activities to protect one another, the higher the sense of safety felt by each individual will rise.
As the Safer network grows, the safety index of users will increase even further.
