Hello, please: 1) add to your instructions that "you need to return bikes to the same station that you took it from" 2) have at least 1 online chat or customer support service number. Yesterday we had an issue for more than hour, and we couldn't get instant support, so we had to ask parking lot worker who helped us. Sending e-mail is not the solution for you to solve issues which need immediate solution in such cases as bike rental! Overall bikes are amazing, but customer service sucks.

Mi esposo y yo, ayer usamos la app, volamos de Florida a Portugal y manejamos a Vigo. El parque decia 15 euros por 24 horas, parquamos a las 9 pm y salimos a las 1 pm, El total fue 25 euros, 10 por encima Al precio promocionado. Cuando le preguntamos Al custodio , nos explico que habia que optar por UN bono antes de parquear, que a todos los usuarios les pasaba lo mismo, nos sentimos robados. Al momento en que cargamos El auto electrico, no pudimos pues la app esta solo disponible en espanna
