I have been locked out of my account too much and I cannot get anyone not a human to help me on the phone email at anything I applied for the rental assistance program online that says that my application was submitted and pending and since March 2nd 2022 no new messages in my inbox I've emailed I've called I've text I've I've done everything I can possibly know how to do and now I'm looking at eviction and behind on my rent almost 4 months and it's almost Christmas and I called Salvation Army I
