User Reviews

User reviews are mixed: many praise on-the-go editing speed and convenience, but the Android app repeatedly struggles with mobile editing (unresponsive UI, freezes) and account/billing access issues, with some noting forthcoming discontinuation. Overall, mobile editing is unreliable despite potential usefulness for quick updates.

Pros

Fast/efficient for quick edits on mobile
Convenient for making updates on the go
Allows checking orders on the fly (useful for store management)

Cons

Mobile editing is unreliable: screen unresponsive, freezes, or does nothing
Editing on mobile is limited or requires a PC for proper edits
Login/account access and billing information problems with slow or no support
Formatting/navigation issues (non-responsive UI, hard to format or add elements)
App being deprecated/discontinued in December
