The vendor side of app hasn't changed in 10 years. They just keep hiding info from the free vendor accounts to force us to pay them hundreds of dollars for a pro accout. They can't control the MANY spam bots contacting vendors but always want more $! 👎

As a wedding professional the knot & wedding wire did not work out for me as described or as promised. No leads in an entire year despite doing everything I was instructed to do to make my storefront look it's best. Lots of inquiries, most of them spam leads. Terrible customer service. Not worth the money. I will never subscribe to this service ever again.
