I'm paying for a premium membership and randomly. Six or seven months ago, the app stopped functioning. It will still record that I made a phone call or received a phone call but will not have any audio to play. I am also unable to upload any recordings to the cloud after linking my account, which is supposed to be an option for premium membership. I have not heard anything back after submitting an email months ago.

I did love this app, now after the last Android update which we cannot uninstall. This app will no longer open and is completely useless yet I am still being charged in full for an app I can no longer use. VERY frustrated, if you cannot fix this, please refund my money.... Update 01-25-2023 app still does not work and these people are still trying to bill me and I haven't used this app since my last feedback. I am done with this garbage!!! They still have not refunded my money from 2 years ago.
