Welcome to ITDP Nandurbar SMC, an easy-to-use app for effortlessly managing School meetings, Manage Decision(Tharav) Taken in meetings and it's remarks added to the specific decisions.

ITDP stands for Integrated Tribal Development Project.
SMC stands for School Management Committee.

Using ITDP Nandurbar SMC app, Head masters can track the meetings, manage meetings, decision taken and add remarks to every decision accurately.

This app was specifically developed for Tribal Schools of the Nandurbar district which is limited to Nandurbar district in Maharashtra.

The ITDP Nandurbar SMC App facilitates the HM(Head Master) to collect data like, Meetings, Decision taken and Remarks of the particular meeting created from the app efficiently.

Modules:
SMC Meeting: HM can add the committee members from the app and create meeting whenever physical meeting conducted. Once meeting is started then HM can create meeting by adding committee members, meeting date and photo of available members, once meeting is finished similarly HM can add the decisions(Tharav) in that meeting, once decisions added similarly remarks to the specific decision whenever any decision fulfillment happened within month.
HM can not create new meeting if any of decision remains with remarks, at least one remarks must be there in every decision.

Using this app HM can be remind every pending decision taken in previous meetings.

App Data Collection:
All the data collected from this app is used to generate reports to the heads of the schools on their web portal https://itdpnandurbar.org/itdp/

Data Security:
We Ensure data security with encrypted cloud storage.

App Limitations:
- The teacher cannot create a new account or change the password because all the authority is given to the admin login.
- Admin can create or change the password of the teachers from their login.
- This app is not permitted to work in landscape or horizontal mode.
- This app is only available for the tribal schools available in the Nandurbar district so other users have no meaning to use this app without credentials.
