Smart Daily Attendance: Log real-time student counts directly from the hostel, categorized by Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian metrics (Day scholars, Hostellers, and Others).

Delivery Verification: Confirm the arrival of food dispatches from the Central Kitchen with photographic evidence and timestamps.

Key Features for Central Kitchen Operators:

Automated Menu Requirements: View consolidated meal requirements dynamically compiled based on active hostel attendance logs.

Dispatch Management: Log food dispatch batches (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner) along with container counts, descriptions, and photo verification.

Real-Time Notification Alerts: Send automated notifications to wardens as soon as a meal vehicle is dispatched from the facility.

Executive Supervision:
All operational logs, attendance rates, transit timestamps, and satisfaction indices are securely fed into the Executive Analytics Dashboard monitored by Project Officers to maintain high-quality nutrition and zero food wastage.
