The app itself is fine, but the service is not. It is stressful and inconvenient arranging services only for them to cancel (on the day!), or simply not show up at all. Customer service is a scantly manned web chat based in France, who offer little to no solutions. Waste of time and effort.

Absolutely disgusted! Paid £51 on Saturday for a cleaner to come out and found out that cleaner rebooked for today (Mon 20 Jan). Cleaner managed to turn up in the end, but session got cancelled when arrived. All of that money I've just spent on a cleaner, they're now not giving me a refund!!
