First Issue: Can't open any ETE file. So dum dum. Second Issue: Continues crediting of $40 when subsription is already been canceled. I used to love this Application for exam simulation but the service is really changing my mind.

Garbage application. Their coders really need help.... tried to make an account and it wouldn't work because password didn't meet req's (which it did). Then I got the error code that the account already existed, so I tried the password that I implemented. Wouldn't work. Then chose forgot password, and it never sent an email. As far as I'm concerned, this is an app that steals passwords and information because it's so beyond broken its ridiculous.
