Leonardo247 is the first application designed to automate the daily operations of real estate properties. Utilizing a proprietary database of best practices, it provides day-to-day guidance covering risk management, preventative maintenance, staff training, legal compliance, and marketing strategies. Upon initial property sign-up detailing the property's unique equipment and amenities, Leonardo247 tailors its recommendations to suit each property.
This Chrome extension streamlines operational workflows, reduces manual effort, and ensures compliance and maintenance are handled efficiently. Ideal for property managers seeking to optimize their duties, Leonardo247 requires a license for use, emphasizing its professional-grade capabilities.
Users report that while Leonardo can be user friendly when functioning, it suffers from major issues including slow loading times, frequent crashes, poor dark mode support leading to invisible text, high battery consumption, and a confusing user interface. These problems significantly hinder productivity and cause frustration among users who are often forced to use the app for work tasks.
