2025-01-12	Ec*****	I have bad experience with this tealive app. Before we choose menu, we have to select the outlet. I select the outlet in Melaka to pickup then after payment suddenly outlet changed to Bangsar! Gila apa! Chat the customer service on whatsapp, they just give the link to ask for refund but have to wait 2-3weeks to know if got refund or not. SENANG BUAT DUIT. AIR TAKDAPAT, DUIT TAK REFUND!

2024-12-30	Ar*****	Rubbish app. Had a situation where the only option to pay is to top up balance in app first to order pickup / delivery only to know that one of the premise had closed the order (which is the other flaw of this app). So now I'm unable to have my money back and will just stay there until I decided to order again. Grab/ Foodpanda would be better choice to order from.

2024-12-29	Ku*****	Useless app. Very hard to use to pay using credit card. Keep going back and forth for the payment, and at the end failed to proceed with payment using credit card. Keep on sending code to the email. Why the app wants our credit card details so many times? It this some kind of scam?
