Tried signing up, says that I am already registered with the email. Proceed to forget password and reset. Reset complete. Try logging in and log in says wrong password. Wait 5minutes before trying again and still says wrong password. Proceed to uninstall app because of how garbage it is.

2024-05-12	Mi*****	Haven't been able to use the app yet, so it gets the lowest possible stars. Opened the account, verified email, everything looks good, get to checkout and it wants me to log in again. Annoying but whatever. Then it says the login info is incorrect. I know it's correct, but try to reset the password anyways. Tells me the email isn't correct - except it is. Give up and order in store. Next time, seems to log in okay, but once at checkout, everything is grayed out. Impossible to complete order.

2023-11-08	Al*****	This app has become completely unusable. I can no longer log in through the app nor web browser. After multiple attempts of resetting the password I keep getting the message "internal server error" or "there is something wrong with the email or address provided". I can't access my points or any of my rewards.. so disappointing.

2023-07-24	Ja*****	Worst ordering app ever. It makes you pick location and no favourite stores option, it also does not detect your location. I was recently trying to use it to order and it did not work. I decided to try and open app for loyalty card and that didn't work either so I ended up going to a different bubble tea shop. Do better!

2023-02-09	Ma*****	When the app came out, it had me enter my info and I was able to access my account. However, I logged out once and ever since I can't log back in. There is no option to sign in, but there is an option to sign out. The only place where you can sign in is when you do an online order but the app will always give you an error message as it can't access your account. Just terrible.

2022-10-27	Le*****	Stuck between being logged in and not. My app had an error and couldn't load my card for my loyalty or my voucher but I am also unable to sign out as it does nothing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's still stuck in the same state. Also having to log in again each time you want to order is annoying. Currently this app is broken for me

2022-09-30	Ba*****	The app sucks. The UI looks ok but that's it. I was thinking of ordering ahead for pickup but despite already being logged in, I had to log in again for the points at checkout. The ordering screen seems to be in its own i-frame 🤷‍♀️. So I ordered in store the old fashioned way since I didn't want to trust the app. The app doesn't remember your previous order selections such as store. You can add an order to the cart but don't expect it to still be in the app when you relaunch it.

The app keeps loading and nothing happens. I've had to uninstall and install again. I was holding up the line behind me that I ended up paying for my drink. If this happened once, I would be ok. But this is the 4th time it has happened and worth sharing. I lost the opportunity to earn points and redeem a drink.

You can put in all the information but it won't allow you to place the order until you're logged in. Funny enough, I was already logged in. Also saving a favorite store would be helpful too. The only thing you can do with the app is look at your points balance, scan card in store, menu and locations. I have an android phone.

And trying to navigate the locations to order ahead is a nightmare - no rhyme or reason! And when I'm able to place an order, I'm left to wait for the emails to tell me that the order is received, then confirmed but when it comes to letting me know that my drinks are ready for pickup, it is inconsistent in its timing.
