Well if it stays working the way it is then it is useful to me. Those little screens are so hard to see and on the phone is easy and clear. It does seem to take time to reconnect but i have not had to reset it up. Only couple days of use yet.

I have the problem losing the connection to the SmarTemp controller like so many have reported. I figured out a workaround. Open the app and do what you want. Then close the app. On my phone, I press the square button on the bottom right and then swipe up to close the app. Later, I reopen the app and it connects fine. I just did this for a week on vacation and never had a problem connecting. I have reported this to Webasto so hopefully they can figure out a long term fix. Hope this helps others!
