Have contacted them about not being able to cancel appts (you have to call the salon) and a bug that says no availability until you log off and back on then voila! all the dates magically apear. They've known for a year and still haven't fixed it.

Would really like to use this app, but won't let me register because it says there's already an account with my "credentials". When I try forgot password, if finds no record of the credentials.

Echo other comments--states I have an account associated with my email address, but when I request to reset my password, app states my account does not exist.
