This is an app that should have been a website. Any notices sent through have to be downloaded then viewed in another app (e.g. PDFs in Reader), instead of being shown inline. Terrible user experience.

Not great, it looks you out but you still get some of the notifications, not all, and as a result that's not obvious that you are locked out and missing important info.
