"Nurse Healing Space" is an application developed for nurses experiencing burnout.
This application consists of three surveys and two customized programs.
The customized programs consist of four programs: mindfulness meditation, laughter therapy, storytelling and reflective writing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Based on the user's input, AI recommends one of the four programs, each consisting of six two-week sessions.
Users are recommended a customized program based on the first survey (pre-healing time test). After completing the program survey (post-healing time test), a second customized program is recommended. The four-week program concludes with the final survey (final test).
