having temperature reading issues. email supports requested documentation... provided. Zero response. Contact phone support... stated open at 6 hours M-F, no reps answer phone call. mandated to leave message. The product might work well.. I might never know because currently it does not. 2/6/26 Tremendously improved response after initial no-response glitch. rating upgraded from 1 to 5.

I may need to change this, but cannot get this app to install. tried all recommended fixes to no avail. Support has been prompt and persistent and app installed fine on my tablet. I suspect a phone issue, but it is an up to date S20.
