very comfortable common sense n safe exercises👏 ! I feel very blessed 🙌 😇 🙏 to have an exercise tool 🔧 that won't cause me injury n is extremely safe, I already have serious injuries n with this app I don't hafe to be nervous or scared!

Best workout app that I have found so far for free today is my fourth day and I feel pretty good so far so far so good 👍🏼 and you people really can't complain with a free app that actually works and I can attest to that.
