The app is meant to streamline registry management with item scanning, but suffers from widespread scanner failures, sign-in crashes, slow and unstable navigation, and an incomplete catalog. Repeated issues include black camera screens, items not found by SKU, and overall unusability, causing many to prefer the browser. App is unusable beyond being able to toggle between registries and just look at what you already have on them. If you try to add new items by searching on each site or even going through the menu it blanks out and says to call customer service. Strange that the app uses the desktop versions of the websites too. Has potential but overall has been very frustrating and I'd rather just use my laptop.
