Purchased ibi smart photo manager & a few months later they closed down. No wonder it was on sale. No further support, updates & worst of all no more access via app. Pretty lame, SanDisk now leaves a bad taste next time I'm looking for storage solutions. What if the discontinue the next thing I buy from them?

So now you cant do anything after the no support date ! I loved this because, Im on fixed income , and have to save up to purchase ! Now I am having trouble trying to get my photos off the device ! Very upset ! No more products from Western Digital for me ! They should have a local spot now to help save your photos !!! Free of charge !
