Wconexión

Wconexión is the app for managing your business chats from your mobile phone. It's the mobile complement to the Wconexión platform: you need an account created by your company to access it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View conversations from all your lines in one place, or filter them by a specific line: search, unread, unanswered, and paused bot filters.

• Respond with text, photos, videos, voice notes, and documents from your gallery, camera, or microphone.

• View each contact's profile: pause the automated assistant, add and remove labels (manually or with AI), and launch workflows and sequences.

• Check if each line is still connected and re-link it by scanning the QR code.

• Receive a notification on your phone when a message arrives; tapping it opens the conversation.

DESIGNED FOR TEAMS

Each user only sees the lines assigned to them by their company. Large multimedia files, the publishing plan, and ads are managed from the web panel. The app is your inbox, so you never miss a message, no matter where you are.
