2025-01-22	Sa*****	I have been a w concept customer for over 5 years but have experienced increasingly bad customer service. I returned a +$500 item that I purchased in December last year, and the refund has not been processed, despite the return being received at their warehouse 16 December. Customer service says that it needs to be sent on further to their US warehouse (despite shipping from Korea) before the refund is processed. However it is another two weeks and there has been zero update.
