Quack Goals

Why hustle for the sake of hustling? Every second you spend scrolling short videos now is earned through your own hard work!

Hey, welcome to Self-Discipline Duck,

where students and working adults can claim their very first “permission slip to slack off”!

We believe in a new philosophy:

“Only guilt-free rest makes sustainable hard work possible.”

We reject toxic hustle culture. Instead, we support:
• Working hard with a plan, slacking off within limits

• Letting your motivated self support your laid-back self

When you enjoy your downtime without guilt, it’s because you’ve truly earned it!

【The “Time Exchange” Rule in the World of Self-Discipline Duck】

First, stay focused on studying or working for N minutes

(Effort Duck earns “fun time”)

Then, exchange it 1:1 for N minutes of scrolling social media, gaming, or binge-watching

(Chill Duck spends “fun time”)

When your break time is up, you’ll get an automatic reminder—so you never go over budget!

In this update, we’ve made slacking off feel even better—and even more well-deserved~
