I paid for the Advanced program. not able to sign into the system. keeps asking for password and to re-enter password, says email address is in use but I have never entered a password not used this system???..no way to ask to reset password??..no way to reach customer support..I may have just wasted $20..😡😡😡 Appears to have lots of bugs..I will be asking for a refund
