Waiting Bell provides its own queuing system to customers to reduce waiting time. The system allows customers to make waiting reservations from a tablet instead of taking a number ticket.

The system is very simple. First, download the Waiting Bell manager app to your smartphone or tablet and register as a member. Then, enter your store's information. Download the Waiting Bell app on the tablet to be placed at the entrance of the store and log in. Then you can connect to the store and use the waiting bell.

Waiting information is sent to the cell phone number entered by the customer via Notification Talk, and when a wait reservation is made in the store, an additional notification Talk is sent to the mobile phone number that was verified when signing up for membership, so you can check it in real time. Afterwards, the store can operate the manager app to send a notice to the reserved customer according to the store situation.
