WaterNest is a calm lifestyle water journal for manual water tracking. The app helps users keep a personal daily log, customize glass sizes, review history, and follow simple statistics without medical or sports performance claims.

Daily Water Journal
Users can manually add water for today or for a previous date. Each entry stores date, time, amount, glass label, and note. Entries can be edited, deleted, and the selected day can be reset after confirmation.

Daily Goal
The default daily goal is 2000 ml. WaterNest shows the daily total, progress percentage, remaining amount, and Goal reached status.

Glass Size Settings
The app includes default glass sizes: Small glass, Regular glass, and Bottle. Users can add custom glass sizes, edit them, delete them, and reset defaults.

History & Calm Statistics
History shows daily summaries with date, total ml, goal reached state, number of entries, and note preview. Statistics include today’s total, last 7 days, last 30 days, daily average, best day, and goal days.

Gentle Reminders
WaterNest uses only in-app reminder cards that help users manually add drinks they may have missed during the day. The app does not use push notifications, background services, or automatic tracking.

Theme & Privacy Screen
WaterNest supports Light and Dark theme. The privacy screen explains local-only storage, no account, no ads, no analytics, no internet, no sensors, no Health Connect, no Google Fit, no notifications, and no cloud sync.
