It's a different way of displaying the time. As a musician, I really wanted a musical note clock for my smartwatch. Since it didn't exist in this form, I simply programmed it myself. Reading the time is very easy:

The first note on the bottom line is the 1, the second note is the second digit of the hour, the third note is the first digit of the minutes, and the fourth note is the last digit of the minutes. For example, if it's 11:11, all the notes are on the bottom line. If it's 10:00, only the first note appears; all subsequent notes are invisible, as they represent zeros.

In the app's graphic, it's 1:19 PM. In the photo of the Galaxy Watch 6, it's 10:12 AM.

I also created the app for older tablets and smartphones to use as decorative clocks.
