I drove 10 miles to car wash location and they told me I have to purchase gift certificates online. I come to website and it tells me I have to load a mobile app to buy gift cards. Whatever. I install mobile app and there IS NO WAY TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD. Hence the 1 star because you can't select 0 or a -5 star.
