Wappido

Wappido is the restaurant app that sells via WhatsApp. Your bot serves customers, takes orders, collects payments via Yape or Plin, and each order goes directly to your kitchen. You see it on your phone and advance it with a tap.

KITCHEN (KDS)
• New orders, orders in preparation, ready, and on their way, sorted by wait time.

• Each order with its items, options, customer note, and method: delivery, pickup, or dine-in.

• A button to advance the status: confirm payment, mark ready, out, delivered.

• Instant notification when an order comes in, even if the app is closed.

RESERVATIONS
• Table reservations received via WhatsApp, with date, time, and number of people.

SALES
• Net sales for today, yesterday, this week, or this month.

• Average check, canceled orders, and peak day.

• Sales by day and best-selling dishes.

HISTORY
• All delivered and canceled orders, searchable by customer or order number.

SETTINGS
• Open or close the kitchen with a tap: if it's closed, the bot notifies you and won't take orders.

• Payment methods, capacity and preparation times, hours, reservations, and tables with QR codes.

Wappido is designed for owners and teams of restaurants, cafes, dark kitchens, and delivery services in Peru. You need a Wappido account: create yours at wappido.com.
