However, I cannot seem to be able to Sign Up for an account. Once I input my valid mobile number, the load screen returns an 'UNKNOWN ERROR' message. I have tried 4 times, reinstalling the app twice to no avail. Any assistance accorded would be appreciated. Looking forward to your resolve. Thank you.
