App doesn't work. After you enter all the required information, it won't submit. Emailed customer service. They said they'd pass to a driver but can't give any updates on when collection will take place. They just send out same standardised email that advises 3-5 working days.

Trolley collected! Very basic app but it works. The abandoned trolley was collected in just over 48 hours, even though it had moved out of the stream in the meantime! Be aware you have to take photos with the app at the time of reporting (you can't use photos from a file) and there's no way of updating the original report.
