The app also crashes offline, lacks job listings at times, and restricts countries to Japan, Germany, Singapore, and Hong Kong, excluding major regions like the U.S. Non-Japanese speakers find it less useful due to language barriers and absence of language proficiency filters.

Very good user experience. Best for any job search platform I have tried over the years. But it would be nice if there was an option for employers and job seekers to see Japanese level. Some companies are fine with no or basic Japanese. So it would nice to filter job openings by that.
