KDS Orders — Kitchen Display System

KDS Orders transforms your kitchen and bar operations into a fast, paperless, digital workflow. Designed for tablets and dedicated Android touchscreen devices, it displays each incoming order in real time, allowing your team to prepare, monitor, and deliver orders without errors or delays.

INTEGRATION WITH WANQARA CHEF
KDS Orders is the kitchen complement to the Wanqara ecosystem. Every order generated from the Wanqara Chef point of sale is automatically sent to the kitchen display, routed to the correct workstation (kitchen, bar, etc.) according to the printer and monitor configuration. Synchronization is continuous and automatic: what's sold in CHEF appears instantly in the kitchen, and status changes are reflected back in the system. Log in with your RUC (tax ID), select your branch and your workstation's monitor to get started.

MAIN FEATURES

Zone Routing
Each station only displays the tickets assigned to it, based on the printer and monitor. The kitchen, bar, and other areas work in parallel without interference.

Real-Time Status Management
Change the status of each product or the entire order: Pending, Preparing, Completed, or Cancelled. Process items individually or in batches (prepare all, complete all, return all) to maintain efficiency during peak hours. Supports combos and their components.

Visual Urgency Indicators
Color-coded time thresholds and priority alerts highlight orders that have been waiting the longest, ensuring no order falls behind.

Audible Alerts
Customizable audible notifications alert the team when a new ticket comes in, even in noisy kitchens.
