2026-05-08	Jo*****	The "Pay-to-Play" Desert This game is currently in a state where only those willing to open their wallets are having any semblance of a "good" time. The community is rapidly shrinking because the core experience is riddled with game-breaking bugs that remain unaddressed for weeks or even months. If you aren't spending heavy amounts of cash, you're essentially stuck in a glitchy, unplayable mess. Support is Non-Existent The customer service is easily the worst I have encountered in years.

2026-04-17	Ch*****	I purchased 800 tickets and didn't receive them. I contacted their customer service at 4pm yesterday; they replied at 8am the following day. Ridiculous!!! Purchases and customer service must be real-time. Mind you, I am investing almost Genshin Impact's battle pass price just to get less in-game stuff. I deserve to have it reflected on my account ASAP and should not wait for your turtle-slow customer service.
