This app is REQUIRED to keep my benefits. We have to sign in weekly, weigh in, and complete requirements, and missing ONE weigh-in can mean losing coverage for the rest of the year. Yet the app frequently doesn’t work and support is nearly impossible to reach. Today it won’t even open—my phone says it has a bug. When the penalty is losing coverage, this is unacceptable. It feels less like a program designed to help us and more like a system designed to make it easy to lose our benefits.

6.15.26 edited - the app is extremely glitchy, with unclear and contradictory instructions. Difficult to log. Notifications flicker on screen constantly, making entering data difficult. Will use the app only because my insurance requires it. Very slow, not intuitive, and keyboard covers chat while typing. Has some promise

working on the skill builders, no questionnaire showing. was told that if I don't complete the skill builders, may lose access to my meds. When asking about the lack of a questionnaire, was told there was an update, attempted to update, I'm on the current version of the app. Why's it so hard to get medicine in this country?!

The app is terrible. Laggy, medication profile outdated, doesn't do as promised with pharmacist communication. My original pharmacist was great. Where are they???? Now they take days to get back and don't know anything. Looks like it was built 10 years ago.

I cannot open an account. Is there something I need I don't know about to be able open a account?
