Why is all other delivery apps, ie: DoorDash, Uber, Grubhub, etc only take about 10 mins to complete all the steps to get approved to include a background check, but this app is still pending approval after 48 hours? Is there anyone at Walmart that has an IQ above an 80?

just downloaded the app on two separate phones. can sign in on both, can get code sent to phone, app won't open past that. no way to get to any features nothing works two separate phones two separate networks. let me give my information, id, photos, insurance. got the email that I've been accepted, but app non functional. loads to 70 present then just a white page.
