Recent reviews

recently the items in the curbside orders and the orders on Spark app are not matching. The order the store has does match what the customer ordered. If items don't show on the Spark app list, though, I dont deliver them, thinking it's a mistake. this has wasted a lot of time and customers dont get everything they wanted. The two lists need to match.

Shopping is a nightmare. calling support having to deal with an ai for 3 minutes is horrible. then you have to repeat the same stuff over & over again. name, #, email. constantly doing self identification. The orders on doing Google maps is horrible. makes me run around criss crossing & doubling back while driving delivering orders. I cant make profit because its 1$ a mile...I have a 50$ order with 22 drop offs & it took me 3 hours to do it.PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US & TAKE OUR TIPS AWAY

working doing sparks is good but what they have to change is how long the tips will take to come into your account. It takes 24h and even 48h to get into your account which people love to tip bait. Sparks need to make it an hour at least
