They made a system that slowly reduces base pay ... so over time you will make less....the executives raise their own pay every year while cutting yours!...immoral greed wins for the top bosses making multi millions off your work... but hey, you are not worthy of decent wages because you are poor...but at least you can make our overlords super rich! app is even more buggy this last week too... now half my offers are below minimum wage...how is that even legal
