2026-07-27	Br*****	It works, but features are broken. Alexa integration has been broken for 2+ years now (may be more!) ... really frustrating as this was part of my buy decision. I have raised this with the vendor twice - falls on deaf ears. Another improvement would be geo location unlocking.

2026-07-24	Ta*****	my building has these chargers and the app is not that friendly I have to scan the QR code on the side of the box every time now because the QR code they gave us doesn't work anymore. and half the time it tells me that my chargers are not public use so they have to reset the boxes all the time

2026-07-22	Fr*****	I have had the wallbox for 3 years , I have had issues with the charger not charging my car intermittently.I was advised was probably the ribbon wiring loom inside charger . I requested one from wallbox , it was an improved connector design . It was replaced within 10 minutes and my Wallbox has worked correctly since . I am happy with wallbox now.

2026-07-19	Er*****	Downloaded the app to use a charger at a hotel. Trying to pay with Google pay resulted in an error code, adding a debit card got stuck when validating the card. So, no charge for us.
