The Community you choose depends on where you are and what matters to you at that moment.

At a large event, for example, a broad Community may connect too many people. Choose a more specific project, product or topic to find the people who are really relevant to you.

A large Community can also be useful in the right context: activate it somewhere unexpected and you may discover another member nearby.

Hi2link uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for nearby detection.

You choose one active search at a time — a Community or a search by criteria. This keeps you in control of who matters to you here and now.

When a match occurs, Hi2link uses Internet access to retrieve information such as the other user's public profile and photo so you can recognize each other.

A real and recent photo helps people recognize each other when they meet. It is not intended to certify anyone's identity.

A match does not automatically reveal your personal contact details. After meeting, you decide whether to share more using your Private or Pro card.

Hi2link can keep a local history of your encounters, including when and approximately where you met.

Contact cards you choose to exchange can be associated with an encounter, and you can add a personal note to help you remember the person later.
