You pay a monthly fee for their app facial recognition software in exchange for the ability to download pics of your children. .. but it doesn't work even though your photos were uploaded by a professional photographer. So the photographer send you a direct link where they ask for $25 per digital downloads because all you can see is blurry pics of your kids faces. How insulting to try to extort money from loving parents. This is so unethical and corrupt. Save your money.

This app has worked well in the past but is very buggy at this time. I deleted the app due to error messages constantly and tried re-downloading hopping it may of been an update issue. Now I can't even login to an app that I'm paying for and am missing out on my child's summer camp.
